How Can Cold And Cough During Pregnancy Be Treated?
hai doctor iam 21 weeks pregnant by ivf treatment.now iam siffering with cold ,cough and fever of about 100 F.my doctor advised me to take ceftum 500mg twice daily for three days along with dolo 650 mg and cetrizine tab .is it safe to take this antibiotic

Dolo 650 can be reduced to 325 mg dose. It's still effective in this dose and safe in pregnancy. Cetrizine is also category B drug in pregnancy with studies showing no risk to fetus. Ceftum is also safer antibiotic in pregnancy. In short all these are safer side medicines in pregnancy.
