How Can Cold And Sore Throat Along With Stomach Ache Be Treated?

I started with cold and sore throat. Wednesday. Now migraine gone, swollen gland Stomach hurting since 3. Can t lie down because it is harder to breathe I a mso tired and my stomach continues to hurt. No diaraia, no throw up, no fever.. Any suggestions?

Cold, sore throat and stomachache can be part acute viral infections. I would suggest you to take paracetamol, antacids and plenty of fluids. if symptoms persist then kindly consult your family physician and get a routine blood test done.
