Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Colon cancer treated depending upon stage of the disease and age of patients and associated risk factors etc. She may need chemotherapy after that need check for the recurrence of the problem. If biopsy reports and scan reports are negative then she may stop chemo. If she not responded then may treated with chemotherapy and radiation therapy. Please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
