How Can Completion Of Abortion Be Confirmed?
I was pregnant with 5 weeks5days gestational sac with no yolk sac fetal pole... I m having bleeding with strong abdominal pain. Doc said it is a sign of threatened miscarriage so she gave me misoprostol medicine orally.. But i m having slight pain n low bleeding.. I just want to know that it is completely aborted or not

You can go for an ultrasound abdomen to look for any retained bits of tissue in the uterus.
BetaHCG is another tool to confirm the completion of abortion. In incomplete abortion, the beta HCG will be highly elevated.
