How Can Completion Of Abortion Be Confirmed?

Hi i took 8 cytotec 4(oral) 4(vaginal),stomach crumps and diarrheA occur after 4 hours then i start bleeding but i had bleeding for a day soon it stop. Was it successful? since my friend had a bleeding for almost a month. Thanks for the advice, very much appreciated. Im worried it might poison me if its just half way done because im having a bad taste bad with foods.

Hello,

For medical termination of pregnancy with valid reasons, you have to take 2 medications, Mifepristone drug followed by Mesoprostol drug after 5 to 6 hours, and again after 24 hours. This is followed by bleeding.

However, for confirmation of termination, you have to consult gynecologist and requires to do certain tests. There are chances of incomplete abortions depending upon the days of pregnancy. So it is better to confirm with gynaecologists.
