How Can Constant Dizziness Be Treated?

I’ve had some dizziness, mostly when I get out of the car. Am taking 900 mg neurontyn, 40 mg Lipitor, Mobic, and Prilosec. BP ok. Could Meds be the problem? Have been on all Meds for several years with no change. Going to see a vertigo specialist next week.
