How Can Constipation After Lap Band Surgery Be Treated?
Have a lap band and suffer from occasional constipation. Was put on medication lexapro for anxiety issues. Now extremely constipated took two laxatives with stimuli last night no vowel movement. About 2 hr ago did mineral oil enem. No bowel movement either. When trying to go it hurts beyond belief have manually try removing some stool successfully. Need help know! What should I do?

you can increase fibrous food in ur diets n walk for minimum 30 min everyday. you can add some herbal laxative like Indian gooseberry powder in ur diet that you have to take before sleeping every day n drink Luke warm water with lemon in the morning everyday that will be really helpful
