How Can Constipation And IBS Be Treated?
I have been dealing with a bad cold for several days. I took 2 Sudafed 12-hour tablets in the last 24 hours. Today I am having some elimination issues and am wondering if the drying up that Sudafed does could even dry up bowel activity for 2-3 days and then follow with diarrhea? Occasionally I do have a little irritable bowel issue but right now I m afraid to us immodium to stop this activity.

Your symptoms seem to be related to irritable bowel syndrome. I suggest you use daily probiotics. I also recommend to drive liquids and eat a healthy diet.
In case of constipation, you can use our the counter Laxative such as Miralax.
