Hello,

Methadone may cause constipation, irritability, vomiting, chest pain and increased thirst. It may also caused by diabetes or diabetic Ketoacidosis or infection etc.Until examination is done it is difficult to say what it is.

Avoid methadone.Get it done ECG,chest X-ray, RBS, serum electrolytes. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
