Hi, Parasitic Infections- Parasite such as giardia or worms such as tapeworm may result in stools having white lumps. These lumps could be the infective bugs covered with inflammatory exudate. The patient usually has digestive problems, nutritional deficiency and pain in the abdomen. I would suggest you to do a stool; routine and microscopy test to rule out parasites in stool. Most cases of constipation respond to medical treatment, such as dietary and exercise changes or mild laxatives. Add more fiber or bulk in your diet.
