Hi,

As per your query you are having symptoms of constipation which seems to be due to decreased gastric motility, gastroesophageal reflux disease, inadequate fluids and fiber diet, and certain systemic conditions. You should take diet rich in fiber content. You should avoid intake of sharp, spicy and hot food substances. You should start with drinking a lot of water , do light exercises and avoid fatty and heavy meals. I would suggest you to consult gastroenterologist for proper examination. Doctor may order colonoscopy, barium studies and blood tests as well. Doctor may prescribe fiber supplement, osmotic laxatives , stool softeners and medicine to reduce acidity.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
