How Can Constipation While On Pain Relievers Be Treated?
recently had partial knee replacement 02/02/18. Am taking pain pills and now causing wicked constipation(Discomfort from this is worse than the pain from the knee Procedure.) I was advised to stop the pain meds-oxycodone 5 mg-morphine sulfate 15mg &Gabapentin 300mg. My question is there a med over counter pain relief that does not constipate

These are as effective as opioid painkillers and do not cause constipation .
Opoids cause constipation .
