"As"per your clinical history is concerned please follow like this -
1)Do a clinical examination by your treating Doctor [gastroenterologist]and do few investigations like [Colonoscopy,Ct scan, and stool RE/ME]
2)If you have bothersome bloating or are passing considerable amounts of gas, then you cut out such items as carbonated beverages, vegetables especially cabbage, broccoli and cauliflower and raw fruits.
3)Try to eliminate FODMAPs from diets[Do consult with your dietitian to make a chart]
4)For
constipation discuss fiber supplements like [methylcellulose] and osmotic laxative such as
milk of magnesia or
polyethylene glycol.
5)For pain discuss about [dicyclomine]and secondary
bacterial growth [rifaximin] along with probiotic
lactobacillus.
6)Do progressive relaxation exercises. These help you relax muscles in your body, one by one. Start by tightening the muscles in your feet, then concentrate on slowly letting all the tension go. Next, tighten and relax your calves. Continue until the muscles in your body, including those in your eyes and scalp, are relaxed.
