How Can Constipation With Stomach Pains, Dizziness And Nausea Be Treated?

Hello Dr. I deficate about once every 2 days and when I do I get horrible stomach pains, I feel dizzy, I sweat, I feel nauseous and I notice my stool is black with no particular shape. The pain in my lower abdomin usually goes away 15 to 30 mins after using the restroom. Any idea what's wrong?

-Use over the counter laxative like Miralax
-Take probiotics daily
-Use fiber rich diet
-drink liquids
-use Acetominophen for the stomach pain
