How Can Corn On The Left Foot Be Removed?

I have a feet corn problem in my left foot. The same has been removed thro surgery two yrs back. Again I facing the same issue. Friends are suggesting to undergo electro surgery or cryogenic treatment. Needs your views for permanent solution Dr. S.Rajasekaran

Corn and Callus of the foot happen due to increased plantar pressures during walking. The corn can be scrapped if shallow. If deep, surgical excision and suturing is usually done under local anesthesia. Once the wound has healed, you must always use soft insoled pressure distributing insoles in your foot wear. Materials like Silicon, Plastazote, Poron, E.V.A are good to prevent future callus or corns.
