How Can Coronary Artery Calcification Be Treated?
I was told by my cardiologist that I have a 70% calcification of my left main coronary artery... I just had the 2nd of 2 stents placed in prior bypass grafts in other coronary arteries. What procedure can be done to remove that degree of calcification????

Angioplasty and balloon dilation is the only option and it is required only if the blood circulation or cardiac function is compromised.
