How Can Cough Along With Vomiting And Appetite Loss Be Treated?

I have been sick for a week. I m weak, want to sleep all the time. I have a rattling cough but no congestion. I ache, have no appetite with vomiting and diareha. Have extreme headache and sore neck. Heads feels like I have a heavy helmet on that is pressing down on my head and neck.

I understand the uncomfort you are going through.
Continuous sickness mandate a routine investigation for a proper diagnosis.Had I been your treating doctor I would have advised for a antibiotic for the diarrjoea may be O2 like ofloxacin and ornidazole along with a ranidom or nexpro rd for frequent vomitting and acidity.Cough can be taken care of with a antitussive like kofarest or cherry cough.
More over a general check up ,and a chest xray can help a lot in diagnosis.Mean while please take a good care of diet(frequent short meals) inspite of decreasing appetite as it will wipe out the weakness.Add oRS or electoral powders regularly with a pomegranate juice ,along with a simple diet.
