Hello,my name is dr,Dorina Gurabardhi.I understand your concern.
Some advices that I can give to you are:
-Stay Hydrated
-Try Lozenges and Drinks
-Take Steamy Showers, and Use a Humidifier
-Take Medications to Treat Coughs.Decongestants relieve nasal congestion by shrinking swollen nasal tissue and reducing mucus production.
-Acetaminophen (Tylenol) and ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin) help lower fever and relieve muscle aches.
Hope my answer was helpful,if you have any other question I will be glad to answer, thanks!
