Hello.

I have read your question. I should know some points from you:

1. Is there any sputum coming out from her mouth?
2. Is she suffering from fever? If you are not sure, please check with a thermometer.
3. Are there any other symptoms like a rash?

I would like to give this medicine:

Diphenhydramine : Oral: 25 mg orally 3 to 4 times a day; And I also would like to say these important points:

1. Continue breastfeeding
2. Keep her hydrated
3. Look for baby's nose whether it is congested or not
4. Do not give any medicine as an adult. Always do consults as she is only one month.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Dipan Samanta, General & Family Physician
