How Can Cough And Cold In An Infant Be Treated?

My baby is 6 months old... she has suffering from cough and cold.... 10 days before suffer same...so doctor gave this medicine Celfixe oral suspension 50mg/5 ml.... so am useed that my baby has recovery.... my question is my baby again suffer from cold and cough so now also i have balance zifi .... i will use that....

Hello and welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

It is better for your daughter not to give any medication that doctor didn't gave you. You should send her to family doctor to hear to her lungs and to decide her medication. Maybe she needs antibiotics and also corticosteroids aerosole.
Send her to doctor to auscultate her every day to see progression. Don't give medication without doctors prescription.
