How Can Cough And Sore Throat Be Treated?

I have had a cough and sore throats for 2 weeks. The cough is productive in the morning. Not really blowing a lot out of sinuses. Ibuprofen. Takes sore treat pain away. Went to a clinic last Friday and was told it was post nasal drip, take musenix,salt water rinses and saline nose spray. Been doing the above, no fever. What should I do next?

hi.
sore throat wth cough must include antibiotic in treatment... so take azythromycin or amoxicillin like antibiotic... along with salt water gargles..
avoid oily food...
