How Can Cough, Fatigue And Dizziness Be Treated?

Yes I had the flu two weeks ago but still have a really bad dry cough and I m still very weak and dizzy I have almost lost my voice completely from coughing. And I have horrible pain in my left kidney the pain is constant but does hurt worse when I need to cough.ive been so thirsty I m going throw about five water bottles a day! And my lips are so dry and cracked. What going on with me?
