Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My right calf has developed distinct tendency to cramp during running or at the end of the run. I am a male, 71 years old, 142 pounds, 5 -7 , have worked physically most of adult life. Do strength training on alternate days when not running. Work out five to six days a week. Now, in the last day, realize right calf especially is quite swollen, left calf swollen only a little. Should I try walking more during the day, since I have been doing desk work?
