How Can Cystic Ovaries As Shown On Pelvic Ultrasound Be Treated?

hello. i had a pelvic ultrasound done today (day 11 of my menstrual cycle) and it showed 4 follicles on one ovary (ranging from 2.5mm to 4.5mm) and 5 on the other ovary (ranging from 2.6mm to 7.3mm) there was also a 15.4mm cyst on one ovary. my endometrium was at 6mm thickness. i'm trying to get pregnant, and now i'm wondering if perhaps none of my follicles are maturing. i would think at least one would be much bigger at this stage. could i have some kind of problem (such as PCOS)?
