Hi,

The medications oral as well as topical advised to you are appropriate and commonly given for pimples on the face. If you are not finding it effective for you can consult a Skin specialist and get evaluated.

You can be advised antibiotics like Minocycline and oral. Application of Clindac or Erytop gel. Also, do cool compresses over the pimples. Use Salicylic acid containing facewash.

Avoid oily food and drink plenty of water.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
