How Can Dead Sperms In Urine With Erectile Dysfunction Be Treated?
My urine routine analysis shows many dead sperms in pathological analysis. I am58 years old and am feeling erectile dysfunction. I amunable to have intercourse with wife except when I use Cialis. I had a normal married life and have 2 children as well. Pls advise whether dead sperms in urine with this background is normal or it points toeards a disease.

Occassional dead sperms in urine are normal but too many sperms in urine suggest retrograde ejaculation where part of semen flows back in urinary bladder. It is not a serious condition and may be related to prostate problem, diabetes or some nerve problem.You can check if you have any of these. But it itself does not have bad effect on health.
