Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
It seems your degenerative disc disease has aggravated and according to me it no longer can be managed by medical therapy.
You may need to get a surgical correction done or undergo a laminectomy. But I cannot say for sure without a physical and neurological examination.
I would advise you to get yourself assessed by a neurosurgeon as soon as possible. He may also advise an MRI spine to assess your condition. Further treatment will depend on the results of your examination.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards, Dr. Nazma.Amman
