Hi have just come from dtrs I may have a crumbling spine at the base of spine blood tests have been taken and also have a very low Vit D reading from blood tests also had a x-ray at hospital may have to have a scan so will have to take vitd tablets prescribed when todays results have come through can I still do light exercise and what extra vitimins can I take in food

Off course you do have to take Vitamin D tablets as advised. It would be good if you take a multivitamin capsule / tablet one per day, after food in the morning. You may do light exercises.
