How Can Dehydration Be Treated?

Taking medicines Clonidine 0.2 mg , Metoprolol, started on Amiloride 9-7-17, HCL 5 mg 2 X Day. Getting dehydrated again and bound up. Already have dry eyes & mouth . Very allergic to most medicines, blood pressure is up & and down. How does potassium fit in? Do not feel well taking this medicine, recently was on hydralazine, In the past, got gout from allopurnal, other Medicines. Was told this medicine would or could cause diarrhea, happened once after a couple days. Now getting dehydrated.
