Hi, I have had DOMS since 5 years old when I was hospitalized for Polio. It turned out that my massive allergies and DOMS been trouble thought my life.I am now 81 years old and it is getting worse. It is talking longer and longer to recover from one of these bouts on my immune system. I have been hospitalized 3 times in he last year when I woke up and couldn t walk.I have been to 26 doctors, this last 2 years, and specialists but they really can t tell me how to improve my recovery after one of these bouts. They think BOMS my cause excessive inflammation and my immune system can t handle it.

You have to take rest , use cold and warm compression . Using cryotherapy may useful, application of low resistance pressure for long time may useful for acclimatization. If symptoms not improved use pain killer medication then consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
