Dengue is a viral disease and self limiting disease. Increased platelet count is good sign of recovery but require close monitoring of the platelet count and hematocrit. Take following advises: Drink more water Bed rest and take healthy diet Take more fruit juices like pomegranate, Kiwi, Papaya Leaf juice Drugs:paracetamol and diclofenac will helpful. Protection: stay away from mosquito bite with help of using net or repellent and keep immunity high Hope this will help you
