How Can Dengue During Pregnancy Be Treated?
Hi good morning. my 32 year old suffering from dengue in her pregnancy till now her fever is cute since last three days but her platelets are fluctuating 50k to 75k .......it s her second time dengue earlier it was in last year please suggest me what to do ....

Hello. The main treatment in dengue is adequate hydration. Drink lots of water, fruit juice, coconut water. If you are sick and tired, not able to take orally then you need to get admitted in hospital and IV fluids have to be given continuously. To improve platelet count papaya leaf juice and papaya fruit juice have to be taken daily. There are pills like carypill which contains papaya extract to improve platelet count.
