Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

You need to see a primary care doctor first to make sure there is not cause like low thyroid causing your problems. If your blood tests are normal then you probably need to be on an antidepressant medication. You will need to see a physician locally to get the medications you may need.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
