How Can Depression And Backache Be Treated?

I have been on Cymbalta for a couple of years and though it only minimally helped with depression it was a God send relief from back pain. Recently when I complained about depression to my MD he took me off of the Cymbalta and tried Effexor. It helped with the depression but back came the back pain within a few days. Is there another antidepressants approved by the FDA to treat both depression and back pain
