I am Dr Aimen Nasir. I have read your question completely, i understand your concern and will try to help you in best way possible.
Its completely normal to experience such symptoms during menopause.. Personally i would suggest not to take any medication for that.. You should relax.. Your body is undergoing some changes so you need to be patient.. Meet people.. join group discussions.. Read about these changes yourself.. contact your friends and family who have gone through same changes.. Talk to your friends and children.. Try to spend more time with people around.. you will feel better.. And last but not the least stay happy..
I hope this answered your question, and if you have more please feel free to ask.
Regrads.
