How Can Depression Be Treated?

I am 81 years old and am going through what I think is depression. I do have feelings of wishing I just wouldn t wake up some morning. It angers me to feel sorry about life for I do have a wonderful family. I have had some medical problems, and I do take care of myself, but right now I have no energy, nor do I care about anything. I feel I have nothing to look forward to and wonder why I just keep waking up every morning. I have thought of the word suicide buy know I would just mess up anything I might try. I fee I have no one to talk to. I hate this feeling
