How Can Diabetes Along With High Blood Pressure Be Treated?

I have many issues, diabetes, chf, high bp,interstitial lung disease. I have been in and out of the hospital 3 times since September. When I was dismissed the last time, I was given,Issorb, 2tabs, 4x daily. My head is always exploding! What can I take OTC and/or prescription for this. I have a doctors appt. next week. Is there something else that she can prescribe beside this?

Hi,

As per your history, you may require medications for diabetes and blood pressure also. Kindly check fasting and post prandial blood sugar level and HbA1c and complete hemogram after consultation.

Treatment mainly depends upon the sugar level and blood pressure. Kindly consult with nutritionist for proper diet and do regular exercise for 30 to 40 mins daily. Keep yourself hydrated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
