Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.
Most hepatic hemangiomas are small and asymptomatic at the time of diagnosis, and they are likely to remain that way patients typically undergo ultrasonography and CT abdomen at 6 months and at 12 months after the initial diagnosis. Minimally invasive therapies for hepatic hemangioma include arterial embolization, radiofrequency ablation, and hepatic irradiation. Diabetes is treated with diet modification with oral hypoglycemic drugs with regular follow up is useful. Please consult your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
