How Can Diarrhea And Abdominal Pain Be Treated?

About 2 months ago, I lost about 20 lbs because of diarrhea and stomach pains. It went away. Last weekend I was up for three hours again in the middle of the night, almost ready to go to the ER in pain. When I chewed an antacid, I vomited a Lot shortly after. Again, I felt fine all week. The same pain is back now. I took an antacid and again severe stomach pain and vomiting. It doesn t hurt when I press on my stomach or abdomen, but it hurts on the inside. I m 39, 6 3 and about 230 lbs and have been pretty healthy all my life.

In my opinion, you should get your problem diagnosed with a personal visit to a doctor. You can consult a gastroenterologist. Its better if u take up endoscopy of upper gastrointestinal tract to have a proper diagnosis. It could be gastric ulcers, pangastritis etc. But consult a doctor in person first. Hope you are benefitted with my answer.
