How Can Diarrhea And Fever In A Child Be Treated?
My son is 2.9 years old and He is suffering from loose motion and fever from past two days.I am giving him Crocin and Zinconia with Enterogemina,but after 2 days his fever is fine now. But still he is doing around 20 times watery stool in a day. Could you please confirm that we can continue with Zinconia with Enterogemina or need to change his medicines?
