How Can Diarrhea And Flatulence Be Treated?

I have cramping diarrhea and extreme gas. If that isn t enough the gas has an awful order,so I use a fleet enama to clean the bowel and get rid of the order. I have had every test available at Mayo Clinic and the only thing they come up with is I have methine gas. Diets don t seem to help. This has been going on for a very long time like 40 yrs and just gets worse. What can I do and are fleet enema s a danger
