Good morning Doctor since last 15 days I am having severe motion problem not being cleared completely ,smaii quantity of loose motions morning and night ,feeling in digestion, heavy gas, feeling good upto throat frequent sounds in the stomachwhat to be done,whom to contact pl advise, thanking you

For your information its also known as Pravahika in Ayurveda.

These medicines are said to be best for loos stools:-

1.SANJIVANI VATI:- 1 TO 2 TABLET WITH WATER TWICE A DAY.

2.KUTAJGHAN VATI:- 1 TO 4 TABLET WITH WATER TWICE A DAY.

3.CHITRAKADI VATI:- 1 TABLET TWICE A DAY WITH WARM WATER.

4.BILWADI CHOORAN:- HALF TSP THRICE A DAY WITH LUKE WARM WATER.

Drink plenty of water.
Drink plenty of butter milk.
Avoid salt and spice food habits.
