How Can Diarrhea And Stomachache Be Treated?
My son has been having diarrhea and stomach pains since Friday. Thought he was getting better today, but started feeling bad again. We think it is just a stomach bug, but he is tired of feeling bad. is there anything that can help ? He has been taking Pepto Bismol, Emetral, and Ibuprophen, but none of that seems to be helping.

I would like to tell you that abdominal pain can be due to gastritis in which antacids will help.
Kindly take over the counter antacid and avoid all spicy, junk and caffeine-containing products. If it doesn’t help you need to consult a physician personally for physical and diagnostic evaluation.
