How Can Diarrhea Be Managed?

I recently was diagnosed with a form of colitis and was given a steroid. The diarrhea stopped for a few months. I was told that the steroid is usually only given once and it takes care of the problem. Unfortunately, the diarrhea is back. I have to take a lot of Imodium to stop it. What foods should I removed from my diet? Thank you
