How Can Diarrhea Be Treated?

Sir iam suffering from motions and stomach past two years. Frequently motions followed by constipation. And very very urgency in attending motion . Iam 50 year old and diabetic patient. Iam using glycomet 2gp fail twice for diabetic . Please show remedy for my problem. Thank you.

Hello, Thanks for the query.
In long standing diabetic person there can be gastrointestinal issues seen more often like sluggish stomach, dyspepsia (indigestion), frequent loos motions and alternating constipation etc.
Most important is to achieve a strict glycemic control with FBG Increase the intake of green leafy vegetables and fiber containing foods which will help in regulating the bowel movements effectively.
If loose motions still remain then there may be a need to take drugs like Ornidazole and ofloxacin twice a day for 5 to 7 days. Plus take enough fluids to maintain proper hydration. I hope I have clarified your doubts. hanks.
