How Can Diarrhea In A Toddler Be Treated?

hi, My 2.4 year old daughter is suffering from loose motion.. it started from Sunday(30th July) she did only once in night. and then for 2 days she did not do potty i,e Monday& Tuesday and today i,e wednesday since morning she has gone twice.havent started any mediccation yet.. pls guide

I can understand your concern.
Do these for faster recovery in the diarrhoea.
1. Give her plenty of fluids orally. Give oral rehydration solution (ORS) and zinc tablet.
2. Start probiotic drugs.
3. Give more curd and yogurt.
4. Avoid oily and spicy food. Avoid junk food.
She will mostly improve with all these.
If not improving then consult pediatrician.
