How Can Diarrhea In An Infant Be Treated?

Hello Dr. My baby was born on the very first day of my nine month, so he is a premature baby. Initially he was suffering from jaundice. Now he is out of it. But now he is suffering from cold & cough for which I m giving him Nasivion drops twice. My biggest concern now is loose motions as he is now suffering with it. Whenever I feed him, he excrete watery potty. M really concern about his weight as he is premature baby. Please help n reply ASAP. Thanks alot

Give Bifilac sachet three times a day mixing with luke warm water.it will normalise your baby's gut flora along with u can give zinc dry powder suspension. premature baby is prone to all infections so utmost clean handling is important
