my son age is one year old .he is suffer in 4 days watery and yellowish motion .when he was eating and drinking motion is coming .he is using these medicine .orpease. bonnisan. and (schaze is orsiflor _z or gutcare) but till suffered in this situation. please solve my problem.

You should bring him to ER for a prompt fluid substitution. Four days with diarrhea may cause severe dehydration at this age and should be treated immediately. Meanwhile try to give him fluids orally.
