General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Diarrhea is treated according to the organism. In most cases, it results from a viral infection which requires supportive treatment like the oral suspension to prevent dehydration. Novamox and wikoryl are used to treat infection within the throat of your baby, so you need to continue this treatment.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Abed Tahrawi
