How Can Difficulty In Bending The Knees Be Treated?

I am swelling on my left side after minimal activity. I had knee replacement surgery last summer on that side and still have difficulty with Wilkinson, bending the knee, and locking the knee for standing. Should I go see my surgeon or my regular doctor?

Hi,

You can see the surgeon but minimal swelling some time will be present in the postoperative phase and it can be managed with tight bandage and leg elevation position. The swelling may take some time to reduce. Therefore, no need to worry about this.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
